Calix

Calix makes the GigaSpire range of home Wi-Fi systems and the cloud software broadband providers use to run them. Households usually meet Calix through their provider's branded app rather than the Calix name.

You'll see it as your provider's app and router — for example Zen's GigaSpire app is built on Calix CommandIQ.

For broadband providers

Gives providers remote diagnostics, Wi-Fi optimisation and add-on services from one cloud platform.

In the UK: Used in the UK by providers including Zen (GigaSpire) and several alternative full-fibre networks.
