Managed Wi-Fi
When your provider looks after your home Wi-Fi remotely — spotting and fixing problems for you.
With managed Wi-Fi, your provider's system watches your home network and can tune it or fix it remotely.
It usually comes with an app and sometimes extra mesh units.
It is not the same as a 'Wi-Fi guarantee' — a guarantee is a promise; managed Wi-Fi is the ongoing service.

The technical detail
Usually delivered through TR-069 / TR-369 device management plus a vendor cloud (e.g. Calix, Plume, Airties, eero for service providers, Nokia Corteca).
