Can I use TP-Link Deco with Sky Broadband?
Usually yes. Keep the Sky hub and plug the main Deco into it, then set Deco to access-point mode so you don't end up with two routers fighting.

Can different Deco models work together?
Generally yes — Deco units join one mesh. Between an older and newer unit, you'll get the older unit's speed and Wi-Fi standard.
