Wi-Fi is the part of broadband people actually experience, and it's the part nobody takes responsibility for. Your provider points at your house, the device maker points at your provider, and you're left holding a problem nobody will own. WiFiXpert exists to close that gap — first by helping you fix it, and second by recording who does this well and who doesn't.
Most Wi-Fi advice assumes you know what a subnet is. Ours doesn't. You tell us what's going wrong in your own words — by typing, speaking or sending a photo — and we work through it with you a question at a time, in plain English.

Our editorial decisions — what we cover, what we score, and what we say about it — are made by the WiFiXpert team alone. No provider, vendor or advertiser sees or approves content before it's published, and nobody can buy a score, a rank, a badge or a place in a comparison table.
If we get something wrong, we correct it, date the change and say what changed. Corrections are welcome from anyone, including the companies we write about.
Running the site costs money, and we're open about where that money comes from: affiliate links, and partnerships with providers and brands who want their products assessed or want to reach our readers.
