Corrections

Tell us what we've got wrong

Anyone — a reader, a broadband provider or a manufacturer — can ask us to correct or update something, as long as they can point to a source we can check.

How a correction is handled

  1. 1You send the change you want, with a link or document that supports it.
  2. 2We check it against the original source — manufacturer documentation, official notices or provider terms.
  3. 3Nothing is published until a WiFiXpert reviewer has approved it. Corrections are always moderated.
  4. 4We record the change requested, the company, the submitter, the evidence, the date and the approval status.
  5. 5If it changes a score or a conclusion, we say so on the page and update the checked date.

We won't remove an accurate, sourced finding because a company dislikes it — but we will always publish a correction where the evidence shows we're wrong.

Tell us which page or product this is about, what should change, and where the evidence is.

We use these details only to reply to you and to check the information. Commercial relationships never change a WiFiXpert score or award.
