Corrections
Tell us what we've got wrong
Anyone — a reader, a broadband provider or a manufacturer — can ask us to correct or update something, as long as they can point to a source we can check.
How a correction is handled
- 1You send the change you want, with a link or document that supports it.
- 2We check it against the original source — manufacturer documentation, official notices or provider terms.
- 3Nothing is published until a WiFiXpert reviewer has approved it. Corrections are always moderated.
- 4We record the change requested, the company, the submitter, the evidence, the date and the approval status.
- 5If it changes a score or a conclusion, we say so on the page and update the checked date.
We won't remove an accurate, sourced finding because a company dislikes it — but we will always publish a correction where the evidence shows we're wrong.
