TR-369 / USP
The modern standard providers use to manage and update home routers securely from the cloud.
TR-369, also called USP (User Services Platform), is how a provider's systems talk to the router in your home.
It replaces the older TR-069 and makes remote fixes, updates and app features faster and more secure.
You never see it — but it's why your provider can check your Wi-Fi without visiting.

Published by the Broadband Forum. Uses a controller/agent model over MQTT, WebSockets or STOMP with end-to-end message security; supersedes CWMP (TR-069).
