Why can’t I see separate 2.4 and 5 GHz network names?
Modern mesh systems commonly use one SSID and steer clients between bands. The bands still exist even though only one name is shown.

BT/Plusnet models may permit splitting; check the exact hub.
What to be careful of
Never give menu paths for the wrong router model.
