Why does my iRobot Roomba weak Wi-Fi in one room?
The short answer
Cleaning finishes but the map never uploads, or the robot shows offline on its dock. On the WiFiXpert Compatibility Index the iRobot Roomba scores 62/100, and its weakest check is "Works on 5 GHz" — which is exactly where this problem comes from. Setup fails if your phone is on a 5 GHz-only name.
